Jean Ronald Benoit was born and grew up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. His main hobbies and interests are reading, writing, teaching, preaching, music, historical and scientific documentaries, and sports. He is very compassionate and highly committed to help others succeed. He has strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills. He is able to empower people to achieve common goals through effective communication techniques.

Jean Ronald Benoit is as also a former Law student at Université d’État d’Haïti and completed a couple of years of advanced training in Computer Programming as well as Arts & Design.

Jean Ronald Benoit wrote and successfully defended the thesis titled “Functions of Haitian Media in the Haitian Community in the State of Florida (Fonctions des Média Haïtiens dans la Communauté Haïtienne de la Floride” at Faculté des Sciences Humaines of Université d’État d’Haïti in Port-au-Prince, Haïti. He also worked on various projects related to theology, management, leadership, business, budget, finance, economics, and planning.

Ministerial Experience

Jean Ronald Benoit gave his life to Christ in his early adolescence. He has been preaching and teaching the Word of God for several decades and has a vast experience in church leadership and administration. He served in various church positions, such as, pastoral committee, administration board, youth association president, Sunday school committee, Sunday school teacher, evangelistic outreach movement director, baptismal class teacher and coordinator. He has been also involved in the following activities: Sunday preaching (every week); revival preaching; conference and training presentations; food distribution; prison, hospital, nursing home, and home visitations; door-to-door and one-on-one evangelization; missionary trip planning and coordination, etc.

Professional Experience

After working for approximately 2 years for Local Federal Bank (a private financial firm), Jean Ronald Benoit spent nearly 15 years as a public servant in the following government institutions: Florida Department of Children & Families, Florida Labor Department and Miami-Dade County Community Action and Human Services Department. He also held the positions of adjunct and faculty for more than 15 years at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Atlantic International University, and Hosanna College of Health.

He is a visionary, a team player, a depth in conflict resolution, and a goal-oriented professional. He is very skillful He has excellent communication and leadership skills to influence others in a very positive way.

Vontz Benoit prepared and successfully defended with two other colleagues the project titled “Stay Away: System of Control of Space and Point Violation (Pa Pwoche: Système de Violation d’Espace et de Point)” at Faculté des Sciences of Université d’État d’Haïti in Port-au-Prince, Haïti.

Vontz Benoit also wrote and successfully defended the thesis titled “Impact of Radio Broadcast Shows in Haitian Creole on Haitian Children in the State of Florida (Impact des Émissions Radiophoniques en Créole sur les Enfants Haïtiens de la Floride)” at Faculté des Sciences Humaines of Université d’État d’Haïti in Port-au-Prince, Haïti. He worked on numerous other projects related to theology, computer programming, electrical and electronic engineering.

Ministry Experience

Vontz Benoit received Christ as his savior at the first stage of his adolescence. He has dedicated himself to teaching and preaching the truth of the Holy Scriptures for several decades and has tremendous experience in church leadership and management. He held diverse church positions including, pastoral committee member, administration board member, youth association president, Sunday school director, Sunday school teacher, evangelical outreach movement board member, and baptismal class teacher. He has taken part in the following activities: Sunday preaching (every week); revival preaching; conference and training presentations; food distribution; prison, hospital, nursing home, and home visitations; door-to-door and one-on-one evangelization; missionary trip, etc.

Professional Experience

Vontz Benoit briefly worked for Florida Department of Children & Families before spending the last 15 years in the technology industry. He worked for companies such as AT&T, Computer Sciences Corporation, SourceMedia, and Citrix Online. During his free time he enjoys tutoring students to enhance their level in Math, Physics, and Chemistry.

Garry Pierre is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haïti where he grew up. His primary hobbies and interests are teaching, reading, writing, music, and preaching. He is very passionate and dedicated when it comes to take care of others. He is a great leader and communicator. He is very practical and focused on carrying out his responsibilities with discipline, promptitude, and effectiveness.

Professional Experience

Garry Pierre worked for a short period of time for EPPLS (Entreprise Publique de Promotion de Logements Sociaux), a branch of the Social Affairs Ministry in Haïti that provides housing to low-income families. But he had a very long career in the field of education. In fact, he spent 18 years as elementary school teacher and 5 years as high school teacher. He occupied the function of elementary school principal for 5 years.
